this design will become a vinyl decal for the top of my buddy's laptop. the apple on the laptop will glow through the green apple in the print. white areas will be transparent revealing the silver surface.

as this will be a semi permanent addition to his computer, i would greatly appreciate hearing any thoughts you have.

I think it is a great design and a good idea for a laptop. I am not sure about it being black... but it could also be perfect... so... useless comment.

What a cool idea (both the decal itself and making it into a tree).

All in all, I get the impression that some of the finer details won't work well once they're put on the silver surface, but I have no idea if I'm right.

my ibook.....g4.... os ..panther.. *sighs* has band decals on it and fabric paint littering the outside in jackson pollack style with three missing keys, spots from clay burning onto the surface, silly putty in the speakers, and scratches from x-acto knives

i'd much rather have your vinyl

a vinyl wrap on your laptop would likely make it look quite a lot better. i like the messy look. why not just do a painting on the cover? :D
