i started with pencil, then inked with ballpoint, added highlights, colored with pencil crayon/markers/china markers, and smoothed it out with a blender marker.

this is a really crazy cool drawing, first of all i like how you used different mediums, it makes for nive textures and color contrasts. it's well drawn too, kind of like a morbid character type display. nice work
