My first impression was of The Maxx.

One of my more favored comic book characters.

I'm curious as to what you use for the white areas in your drawings.

good call. i have some opaque white ink for use with a fountain pen, but at this point i was using a gel pen. they have a tendency to clog. they seem to be the best.

i just bought more gel pens lol. i plan to soak them in solvent if they clog again. we'll see if that helps.

Wouldn't the solvent cause them to bleed? Perhaps you just need to try a different brand.

if they bleed then that solves the clog, whether or not it keeps bleeding...
problem is there is no good brand. i've asked around and they all clog up. there must be some brand out there, somewhere...

Or perhaps another form of the same tool. Fountain pen style, instead of gel.

brown backgrounds for trad art is my favourite. the way you draw your demons are totally imaginative and you must be very very talented to get all those similar but still very original ideas in every piece of yours.

The little doodles next to the two characters are pretty well placed and it completes so much more the piece! its such a little touch but the piece gets so much more interresting and this way, you can keep your eyes on it for hours and still discover new things ^^ i really love that kind of drawings...

One thing tho is that i see that you seem to have more difficulty with women's body than men's muscles/etc... maybe you could study their body and practice a little more? cause i find pretty sad to see your male characters so detailed and amazing, and then you see this female character very very simple (but it still looks great, dont be worried!)
